07.10.15 Act 1 Scene 5

This scene starts with Lady Macbeth reading a letter from Macbethexplaining that he had gotten a prophecy from three untrustfull witches that he was going to become king by killing Duncan Lady Macbeth talks to herself about how much she wants power, but she is worried that Macbeth won’t be man enough to kill Duncan to become king.” Unsex me here” Lady Macbeth says throughout the soliloquy, which shows that she wants to become a man because she thinks that women don’t have the skill to kill King Duncan. Lady Macbeth has plans to change Macbeth’s loyalty to Duncan “pour my spirits in thine ear”.Then  when Macbeth comes in she acts very differently as if she doesn’t want to Macbeth to know her evil plans yet of how to kill Duncan.
