2a) “There was a hand in the darkness, and it held a knife” This explains what the paragraph is going to about as it is talking about the knife. This is called framing because its introducing a detailed description of the knife. ” The knife had done almost everything it was brought to do, and both the blade and the handle were wet.” This is framing the rest of the paragraph because it’s is talking about how the knife had been brought to kill.”The street door was still open.” This shows that the paragraph is going to talk about how the man had got in the house.”The man Jack paused on the landing” This shows that the paragraph is going to be based about what had made the man stop.”The hunt was almost over” This quotation shows what the paragraph is going to be based about by showing the ending bit of the murders in the house.

Is graffiti vandalism or art? Speech
I agree that graffiti is art and not vandalism. This is because as long as it is done properly and it is nothing inappropriate it’s art. Also as long as the owner of the property agrees with graffiti it is ok to graffiti on the wall.

Task one: jack has dark hair with black eyes.
This house believes that the gap between the rich and the poor provides an incentive for success’Task 1 05.05.16
My opinion about this argument is that it is not fair that the rich are getting richer and poor are getting poorer. There are a lot of off people in this world that do not have a decent life and probably wish to die because they literally do not have anything. I think that if most of the rich people weren’t so selfish that most of the people in this world could have decent lives. A lot of the rich people don’t even know what to spend their money on and most of the poor people can’t even afford to buy food every day. I think that they deserve to have a decent life because that work really hard to survive.
Language in the prophecies of Macbeth
In the play Macbeth the witches give Macbeth a lot of prophecies that have created a lot of tension throughout the play. “No man of woman born shall harm Macbeth” The language of the quotation is ambiguous as it has two separate meanings. The first meaning is what is in the quotation and the second meaning is that no man that was given birth by a woman can harm Macbeth but Macduff is an exception. He was ripped out of his mother’s womb so that means that he is able to harm Macbeth. The ambiguous language confuses Macbeth as at that time Macbeth does not know that you could be born by being ripped out of your mother’s womb.
How does Shakespeare create tension in the play?
Shakespeare creates tension through Dramatic Irony. This is because at the beginning of the play he shows us how the witches are very malevolent as they cursed an innocent woman just beacuse she did not want to give her any of her peanuts. The Witch curses the woman’s husband whom was a sailor, but also curses the rest of the people in the boat. The curse was that the husabnd and the rest of the people in the boat would never go to sleep and would always feel extreamaly hungry. This shows that we can not trust the witches where as Macbeth does not know this at the begginig of the play; he is either extremaly greedy or very naive. This creates dramtic irony as the audience knows that we can not trust the witches where as Macbeth does not this creates tension throughout the play
Essay Plan (How does Shakespeare create tension and play with the idea of fate in Macbeth?)
- Shakespeare creates tension by not letting all the characters know everything that’s going on.
- The Three Witches play with Macbeth’s fate as they were not meant to tell him. This is why in the scene where Hectate appears
Act 4 Scene 3
This scene starts with Malcom and Macduff talking about how the country has changed and how they have noticed some changes in Macbeth.
Act 4 Scene 1
The scene starts with the three witches making a spell in a Cauldron. They chant and say the ingredients that they put in until Hectate comes in the scene with three other witches. Hectate congratulates them for the cauldron sing and leaves with the three other witches. Then Macbeth enters and is told his fate. The three apparitions tell him to watch out for Macduff and Malcom that fled to England; also the spirit of Banquo will haunt him until he dies. “Macbeth,Macbeth,Macbeth: beware of Macduff” Then Lennox suddenly appears and Macbeth asks him if he saw the three weird sisters but says no. After Lennox says that Macduff and Malcom fled to England.
